Local Human Development Committees (LHDC)

Established at the district and municipal levels, these committees bring together local authorities, elected officials, civil society, and sector representatives. They are responsible for participatory diagnostics, identifying community needs, and monitoring project implementation.

Provincial Human Development Committee (PHDC)

Chaired by the Provincial Governor, this committee ensures program alignment with national strategies, oversees the preparation of multi-year development plans, and fosters synergy across sectors and stakeholders.

Regional Human Development Committee

This body leads strategic planning, allocates resources, and coordinates efforts across Drâa-Tafilalet region to ensure cohesion and performance tracking.
